How long does it take to install the windows after signing a contract?
About 5 to 7 weeks from signing, which covers manufacturing, delivery and installation.
Can you match the existing style of my windows?
Yes. Our windows are custom-made, so we can match the style of the windows you have now, or help you choose something new.
Are your windows energy-efficient?
Yes. All of our windows meet or exceed ENERGY STAR® ratings, which can lower your energy bills and make your home more comfortable.
Can you help with design choices and customization?
Yes. We’ll help you choose the right series, style, color, grids and glass for your home and budget.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free with no obligation to buy, and we don’t make pushy sales calls.
Do you provide a contract to sign before starting the job?
Yes. Your contract lists the full window details, an approximate installation timeline and the terms and conditions.
How can I tell if I need to replace my windows?
Common signs are fog or moisture between the panes, drafts, handles or locks that don’t work, windows that are hard to open, and windows more than 10 to 20 years old.
How much of a down payment do you require?
We ask for a 50% deposit when you sign. The balance is due when installation is complete.
