Potomac-hp frames and sashes are filled with VyFoam™ insulation, and a magnetic seal, found only in this series, pulls the sash tight to the frame. The result is Vytex’s best air-infiltration rating: .01.

An integrated sash lock and tilt system works with a single lever, so the window is easy to open, clean and lock. It carries an R65 performance grade, the strongest of our three Vytex series.

Q-Lon compression gasket
A memory-foam bulb seal that springs back to keep out drafts and water.
Bottom sash interlock
Locks the sash in place for a tighter seal and strength against wind.
Double-walled sill dam
Mortise-cut and extends inside the jamb, so there is no open seam to caulk.
R5 VyFoam™ in frame and sash
Foam fill adds insulation, stiffness and sound damping.
Magnetic seal
Compresses the sash to the frame to reduce leaks and drafts.
